The site is located in the east of the Education City and close to the west boundary of Doha city Qatar. This development consists of retail, residential and school, and is divided into 5 zones. A1 & A2 – TOD (Urban Core, commercial & Apertment mixed-us), A3 – Mid-rise Apartment, A4 – Gated Compound (Villa-like townhouse) and A5 – Primary School 2 stories. Large surfaces of the tower façade are to be covered with stucco wall, aluminium punch window and GFRC screen. Balconies of residential blocks typically consists of aluminium and glass sliding door and swing door, and fixed glass panel. Retail podium area generally covered with architectural precast concrete with stucco finish, aluminium and glass curtain wall and store front, double volume steel curtain wall, glass-fibre reinforced screen, metal panels and external canopies.
