The site is located at Al Sadd area in Doha, over the road from the HMC complex. The development includes residential, commercial and healthcare mixed-use. The structure of the cluster provides cool spaces through the site. Natural ventilation and natural lighting are induced through piloti and courtyards. The façade of a residential facility is a vertical design that helps insulate the occupants of the interior environment by blocking light and sandwinds.
