The property is located in the CBD area of a big city. Providing an unblocked view or keeping more than 60 yards of the view from all units is the most important design requirement. The direction of units to southern view and not to northern view is the important design factors as well. A wind throwing is applied to all unit plans. The internal garden in the site is planned as a park and a secured yard. First and second floors by the main street are for the commercial use as retail stores mainly.
